Customer Supplied Garment Policy & Waiver
The customer's garments are accepted on the strict understanding that BLAM Printing will not accept any liability whatsoever for any misprints, stains, and damage to the customer supplied garments. BLAM Printing's printing and production process involves high heat and other treatments that may impact the quality of print and the garment. In addition there is some risk that printer and human errors will occur. All Garments are left entirely at the customer's own risk.
We at BLAM Printing prefer to decorate on new, unwashed garments. If your garment is not new, and/or has been previously washed, we cannot guarantee the best quality of your decoration. If you supply the garment and there is a problem, we do not replace the item. Your damaged piece will be returned.
BLAM Printing can decorate customer supplied garments with the following services: Embroidery (EMB), Direct to Garment (DTG), Direct to Film (DTF), Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV), Sublimation (SUB).
